This space is located in the heart of Mt. Pleasant, next to a large grassy park, awesome coffee shops, hip brewers and tasty lunch spots. In a heritage building with over 13,000 sqft of space over two floors, members look out over Lonsdale Avenue and have a stunning view of the Quay and Downtown Vancouver. The space has street level access to Lonsdale Avenue and is steps away from all the tasty and entertaining things Lower Lonsdale and the Shipyards District has to offer. With plenty of hot-desking, permanent desks and over 15 private offices there is an option for almost anyone.
Suite Genius evolved out of a desire to avoid a commute downtown and to find a fresh and creative place to work closer to home. We thought to live and work in Kitsilano would be, well, sweet! This open and inspiring space is just a block from 4th and Burrard where there is access to easy transit to downtown, UBC or towards Cambie, Main & East Vancouver. There are several great restaurants within walking distance along with Kits beach and Granville Island a 10 minute walk away.
We provide all the amenities for a productive and comfortable workday including multiple meeting rooms, dedicated “phone booths”, a kitchen (coffee!!), lounges, printers, and fibre internet so that you can focus on getting work done, and more of it.
Our spaces have high ceilings, spacious open floor plans, and lots of natural light. The offices come with high quality ergonomic chairs seated at wood tables.

For corporate events, training workshops or team ‘retreats’ we have a dedicated event space in our Mt. Pleasant location. It is equipped with kitchen facilities, lounge areas and general office amenities along with access 7 days a week, 8am to 10pm!
