For our Permanent and Private Office members then yes, you can do whatever you like at your private spaces. We do not allow for monitor setups at our open shared tables and if a member needs a second screen they would need to consider upgrading to The Permanent membership, based on availability.
Yes. Our flexible month-to-month commitment provides you with the stability of an office or desk space along with the flexibility you need to grow your business.
Your office includes a desk and ergonomic chairs. For some, that’s all they need. You’re also welcome to bring in additional or alternate furniture. Let us know if you intend to make changes to the setup and we’ll help make it happen.
Your office has both hard-wired (ethernet) connections along with access to WiFi.
Your office comes with 12 credits per month for meeting room bookings.

It’s a great way to start meaningful relationships with creative entrepreneurs and business leaders.
Each location has a multi-function copier/scanner/printer that can be used for minimal printing at no extra cost.
Your membership fee includes utilities, but GST is not included in the price.
Tours are scheduled in advance. Please do not show up without scheduled a tour beforehand. This will ensure our availability and helps our team focus on helping you choose the right space. Visit the Book a Tour page to schedule a tour. Contact us if you have any questions or can’t find a date/time that works.
All private office agreements start the beginning of the month. Our 30 day move out policy requires move out on the last day of the month allowing the new member a 1st of the month move in. Individual monthly memberships start any day of the month and will recur on that day each month.
Our 30-day move out policy allows us to know availability a month before move in time. Example: Someone might give notice to move out August 31st. This office can then be reserved for someone new to move in September 1st. You may be added to the Waiting List for an upcoming office within your time frame.
If your team has VOIP phone service that you’d like to maintain, simply plug into the ethernet ports provided in your office at no additional fee. We have no landline phone hookups in our offices.

The Casual 5 and 10 and The Regular are ‘hot-desk’ memberships, which is an unassigned desk in a large open shared workspace area. Seats are first come first serve. Phone calls must be made in phone booths or meeting rooms and personal items must be taken home at the end of the day. The Permanent is an assigned desk in an open shared workspace area. This dedicated space comes with drawers for storage of your personal belongings. Desktops/monitors may be set up and left overnight. Phone booths are available for phone calls. A Private Office is a fully enclosed, lockable space built for a team of 1-8 people.
Our Permanent members and private office members all have 24/7 keycard access. All other members adhere to 9am to 5pm entry with the ability to stay later – depending on location. Contact us for more specifics on this policy.
Pets are conditionally allowed under the discretion of Suite Genius and the building owner. Pets must be clean, well behaved and not leave a mess or the building management or Suite Genius has the right to ask them to be removed from the premises. Happy pets = happy members!
Individual memberships can be paid by Pre-Authorized Debit or Credit Card. For private office memberships we only accept Pre-Authorized Debit. All memberships recur monthly.
